Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving a completed order. This will require sign off from you.

Standard delivery charge to UK Mainland is £9.99. Please note there is a surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please contact us to confirm delivery cost.

If you need your banner faster than this, please contact us before completing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your turnaround. We can offer same day and next day dispatch services.

Please contact us for delivery times on banner frames as this can vary, though all orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

Claims, Returns and Refunds

Claims

Any claim in respect of loss, damaged or delayed goods must be made in writing to Gorilla Banners within 7 days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of notification of despatch). Gorilla Banners shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the above requirements have been complied.

 Returns

A refund will only be agreed upon sight of the goods and confirmation of a fault. Therefore any items reported to be faulty or damaged must be returned to Gorilla Banners within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds

Faulty, damaged or late goods will be refunded, including the cost of delivery, once a written claim has been acknowledged and the goods have been examined within the periods outlined above.

Gorilla Banners prides itself on our quality of service and efficient delivery, however no refunds can be given on 'late deliveries' which are due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a third party carrier issue. To qualify for a refund, the delay must have been caused by a production or despatch issue at Gorilla Banners.

Cancellations

Once an on-line order has been processed, no cancellations will be accepted. However we can modify your order providing we are notified within at least 4 hours from placement of original order. This however excludes same day delivery.

Stored Information

The artwork that you supply Gorilla Banners is stored on our local machine to allow quick reordering of future products to take place. If you don’t want Gorilla Banners to store your artwork past the delivery of your printed product, please make this clear to us and we will remove it from our files.

No credit or debit card information is stored online. We use the SagePay payment gateway a secure online transaction, payment is not handled through the website. 

Handling Payment

Gorilla Banners uses SagePay to handle all transactions. A payment authorises payments on our behalf and offers you a secure and easy way to transfer your money online. Payment gateways protect credit card details by encrypting sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, to ensure that information is passed securely between the customer and the merchant and also between merchant and the payment processor.
